Complete the following tasks:


Task 1:
Use the same mobile application that you started in Lab 4 or create a new one, and build a timeline for completing the project using a Classic Waterfall approach. Schedule the various activities for completing the software development. Use Microsoft Project to create a GANNT Chart of your project schedule. Assuming the project started today, when would you expect the project to complete? Copy & paste you GANNT Chart into your MS Word Document lab report.


Task 2:
Use the same mobile application that you used in Task 1. How would you create the application using a "Prototype Paradigm,” “SCRUM," or "Agile software development?" What would you do differently than in Task 1? How would this simplify the process? In what ways would this make the project harder to manage? Include your answers in your MS Word Document Lab Report.
Required Setup and Resources:


You will need a computer with a working Internet connection to complete this lab.
Recommended Procedures:
Before starting this assignment, use the same mobile application that you started in Lab 4 or create a new one. The list of possible mobile applications to work on is given below:
GAME: Create an application that plays a game. You can play the game solo or you can play against someone else. You should be able to post your scores in the game on Facebook.
BOOK TRACKING: Create an application to track books that you have read. You should be able to input an ISBN number and look up the book’s bibliographic information. You should be able to enter a rating and comments about the book. You should be able to find other books written by the same author.
CITY TRAVEL GUIDE: Create a travel guide application for your city. It should list the various attractions in your city, as well as hotels and restaurants. If you choose an attraction, the application should describe it and give directions to get there.
TV VIEWING: Create an application that lists today’s TV listings in your area. You should be able to look up information on series episodes. The application should list biographic information of various characters in the various shows.

BIRD IDENTIFICATION: Create an application to assist in bird identification. You should be able to search for a bird by various characteristics. The application should show the pictures and/or video of the bird. The application should play audio of the bird’s call. The application should record when and where you saw the bird.


WINE TRACKING: Create an application for tracking local wines. The application should scan and identify the bottle’s UPC code. You should be able to find the vineyard where the wine was produced and find retailers that sell it. You should be able to record a rating and comments for each type of wine.
